Your names are CLARK and DARLA???!?!?!?!?!
And here I sit.... Heather is long gone on her way to So Cal.... Sarah and Brie went to eat lunch and won't be back before I leave.... I haven't slept besides some crappy sleep on an airplane since 8am Eastern time yesterday, which means it's been about 32 hours since I have laid in a bed and looked at the loveliness that is the back of my eyelids.... and Just Friends still plays as I sit waiting for Mo's family minus Mo to pick me up so we can drive for 3 hours and then hang out at her house for 2 more before she even gets home.... I don't know them now but I'm sure we'll be one big happy family by the end of the day, that is...if I can stay awake long enough to make it to the freeway. So...what do I do while I'm waiting and watching and trying not to fall asleep and make myself even more tired, or worse, fall so dead asleep that I miss the call... I write a blog...because Heather and I now have a tradition of not sleeeping and then writing a blog before we go on a mission.... Brie and Aaron and home! That makies me more excited.... I don't want to leave this house alone...it would be sad!
"Would you guys like to join us in a carol to celebrate the Birth of our Looooord?" -Sorry, I had to put that in... I like that line of the movie!
Oh... I have to tell you guys about this thing we did in Florida... it was crazy and all I could think about all day was what a great 155 blog this would be! My sister and father and I got the honor to go with my Grandpa and a whole charter bus of old people from his church to an "amusment park" in Orlando called "The Holy Land Experience".... the name says it all I think... I maen, yeah, it was cool to see and learn some stuff about where Jesus was w/o flying across the world...but can we say RIDICULOUS! Everywhere it said and they told us that it was a non-profit thing...however, it cost $40 just to get into the small (maybe 5 acre parks) and watch shows and lectures all day cause that's all there was...and on top or that our chicken burger and fries for lunch cost around $9 all together...I mean...if you're "non-profit" I'm sure that you didn't pay that much to get or make or pay the people making it...but oh well.... there was more good stuff... one of the shows had Jesus in it! I felt SO close to Him...it was like I was walking around 200 years ago.. He looked just like He would in an American coloring book for Americanized Church Sunday School Class ;-) I mean really... why is the image of Jesus a white guy with long hair?? I jsut don't get it! BUT...they did have a model of Jerusalem and I found Waldo in it! It was great...I told the old people and they were all laughing ;) Well...my ride just called and they will be here in 10 minutes to start me on my journey to the Big Apple...BUT, if you ever get a chance...You should check out the Holy Land Experience! I mean... you'll have a laugh at how corny some of it is but then there was some cool old artifacts and stuff that were neat and it really is a big evangilistic thing so that was cool! OK...I'm off :) Love you all and if I get a chance maybe I will catch you up on my life in the next month! YAY! I get to see Sara Herr VERY VERY soon!!! :-)
